For customers that require a solution to conduct identity investigations and to prevent identity theft and identity fraud, Viisage offers FaceEXPLORER.  Utilizing the most advanced face recognition technology, FaceEXPLORER is a large database identification solution for capturing, enrolling, storing, searching, managing, and retrieving digital images. The system couples digital facial images with full demographic information storage capabilities making FaceEXPLORER a critical identity verification tool.  It is used for uncovering duplicate images in large databases, assisting in identity investigations, combating identity theft and fraud, and granting permissions to authorized persons.

CardLink works by loading and transporting authorisation data on a badge or smart key. The badge is validated upon entering and de-validated while exiting the premises. Access rights can be added or changed at various update points throughout the premises.

The RCNX2 Reader Controller connects directly to the serial port on an Access Control Processing Unit or a RCNX Master Controller. Controls one or two card readers using various technologies: magnetic stripe, proximity, wiegand, or stand-alone keypads. RCNX2 Reader Controllers can be used with all Geoffrey 32-bit software products. The RCNX2 Reader Controller can be used in systems with Geoffrey Master, Reader, Alarm, and Elevator Controllers. ARES 4.5 security management software is a multi tasking and multi operator platform that is capable of controlling up to 128 Challengers from a single computer. The application is made more robust than most systems available because of the QNX operating system on which it operates. QNX is a real time operating system that is designed to be deterministic. It is also scalable so that it is equally at home on a small system needing real time graphics or a more robust operating environment as it is in large prison and university installations. ARES is designed to run on its own independent network, moreover operator interfaces can be configured to suit low skill levels.

FaceFINDER is based on Viisage's leading face recognition technology, which scans crowds of people and matches individuals to selected faces previously stored in an image database. The system analyses the input from multiple video cameras and reports the appearance of a known individual in the controlled area - wherever it is required to identify persons in non-cooperative scenarios. FaceFINDER is especially designed for blacklist searches in criminal investigation, for the control and enforcement of house bans in areas such as airports, stations as well as casinos and sport arenas. In addition, the appearance of special guests in casinos, clubs and other leisure facilities can be reliably recognized in order to ensure that these persons are welcome accordingly.

The Challenger Panel is an integrated alarm and access control panel. The panel allows expansion and control of the system with its modular "Add As You Go" design with a range of ancillary panels, controllers, readers and LAN devices. Suitable for locations with special needs, the Challenger has been installed with universities, financial institutions, chain stores, supermarkets and prisons. A large number of Challenger panels are also used to secure homes and small businesses.

XP125 modules are flexible hybrid modules, suited to create your own proximity (RFID) reader applications. The modules contain all necessary parts to read an RFID tag without making contact. All XP125 modules have an internal RF antenna. The read ranges which can be achieved vary from 4 cm up to a maximum of 20 cm depending on the type of module and antenna used. The modules need to be completed with a PCB and a housing to customize proximity reader applications. The Jetstream IP is designed to assist corporations using Tecom Challenger integrated access and alarm system for off-site monitoring of alarms. Jetstream IP allows additional new Challenger panels to automatically enrol, or add themselves, and their basic details without operator intervention. Jetstream IP allows corporations to utilise their existing Ethernet resources to connect Challengers in LAN or WAN configurations while conveying only the Contact ID event to the remote monitoring station. Jetstream IP is supplied for systems up to 20 sites/100 sites/300 sites/enterprises over 300 sites. Jetstream IP runs on Linux operating system.

FacePASS is a face recognition enabled access control and security product used to conduct one-to-one verification of an individual's identity to authenticate that the holder of an ID document or token is the authorized user. The system carries out a real-time comparison between a live face and a stored reference image to confirm the identity of that person and grant respective rights and privileges while guaranteeing maximum reliability, security and efficiency. In access control applications to high security areas, such as in airports, banks or nuclear power plants, FacePASS ensures that access is granted for authorized persons only. In ticketing applications for the leisure industry, e.g. zoos or fitness clubs, it effectively prevents ticket fraud with member cards or season tickets and ensures high user throughput.

Expansion Input/Output (I/O) boards are used within the Superterm or Smarterm Intelligent Controller to increase the standard input and output capacities. The Superterm will accept up to three expansion boards, while the Smarterm accepts four. The board mount to the inside door of the controller cabinet. There are two basic types of expansion boards: Alarm Expander Boards and Relay Expander Boards. The Alarm Expander Board offers 16 supervised inputs typically used for alarm contacts, request to exit devices, critical condition sensors or other system inputs.

Cherry’s Fingertip ID Board incorporates Identix’s DFR 200 reader for one touch security. Compatible with Windows, and has 104 keys, 43 of which are programmable. Also features a top-mounted, optional smart card reader/writer and interfaces with Identix’s BioLogon software.
