Arabian American Oil Company also known as Saudi Aramco is government-owned national oil company of Saudi Arabia. In order to manage the large group of employees in their branch offices all over Saudi Arabia, the HR department of the Saudi Aramco headquarter office needed to retool its time and attendance system to reduce the payroll costs as well as the effectiveness in management.
