Trinity is the privately owned, triple rosette winning restaurant of Chef Adam Byatt, based in Clapham, London. The Trinity team started out, way back in 2006, with a self-set mission to serve great food. The food had to be seasonal, inspirational and, above all, delicious.
Since their opening in 2006, Trinity has required receipt of customised and timely management accounts to support strong control over the business. As the business has thrived and grown, the volume of processing and accounting work has increased, but the fundamental need for this management information remains.
