The SARGENT® PR100 lock with Aperio™ Technology makes it easy and cost-effective to bring access control to additional doors. It uses local wireless communication between the lock and an Aperio hub to connect to an access control system, eliminating the greatest cost and inconvenience of traditional access control – the wiring at the door.

The roller bolt mechanism and angled strike plate enable the lock to resist up to 1 tonne of side load and yet still release under side pressure, making the lock genuine fail-safe, exceeding the requirements of EN13637. The lock is more sympathetic than a standard shearlock to doors that do not align properly and will pull a door in with a misalignment of up to 10mm.
