E800 security escutcheon is the safest of TESA´s security escutcheons range. Both the internal and the external parts in the weather proof escutcheon have received special platings and the final result is a product that easily exceeds 500 hours under a salt spray with corrosion power as specified in the pan-European standard EN1670. The core of the escutcheon is made of reinforced solid steel that strengthens the escutcheon. As an extra security, there are some embedded steel balls inside de core that avoid the drilling of the escutcheon by blocking the drill-bits.

TESA Brass series is a brass padlock with a standard or replaceable cylinder (equal keys/masterkeying) and stainless steel parts. It features tempered steel, stainless steel, and equal keys.

TESA Stainless series is an arc padlock with chromed brass body and stainless steel parts. It has extraordinarily high corrosion resistance and equal keys or masterkeying available.

TESA TLPS Series is a mechanical digital lock that features Carbonitrided steel antilever hooks in auxiliary cases, depending on each model. It also includes optional key-storing embellishment for the escutcheon.

E750 security escutcheon is prepared to avoid different intrusion methods. The holder has been designed with a special geometry developed to hamper clamps, extractors and spanners. It also includes a polyamide based component behind the holder to protect screws and to absorb impacts, to protect in that way the cylinder.

The core of the E700 security escutcheon is formed by 4 stamped steel plates (2 mm. each plate). With the objective of protecting the cylinder, it includes a plug covering lid in hardened steel and a tempered steel plate for lock mechanism protection. 6 hardened steel screws for escutcheon fixing and laminated steel back fixing plate (4 mm. width) assure the well fixing of the escutcheon.
