It is with great pleasure that ASIS International is now offering remotely proctored certification exams! This means that those who do not have a Prometric test centre nearby can now take the ASIS certification exams in their home or office! This option will now allow the members throughout the world to take the exams anytime, anywhere!
ASIS started investigating remote proctoring at the start of the worldwide pandemic and Prometric test centres started shutting down. Before they could offer this solution, however, ASIS had to get approval from ANSI based on the accreditation under the ANSI/ISO 17024 Standard. ANSI awarded ASIS the permission to move forward in July 2020.
