Allia will bring proven security industry track record to his new role at Honeywell 
Johnny Allia will lead Honeywell's intruder, access control and video segments across EMEA
Honeywell has announced the appointment of Johnny Allia to vice president and general manager of the Honeywell Security Group products business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Allia was previously managing director for Honeywell's Security and Communications EMEA business focusing on wired and wireless intruder alarm solutions for commercial and residential markets.

In his new position, Allia will lead Honeywell's intruder, access control and video segments across EMEA. "This will ensure we have the strongest possible regional focus and will do the best job to serve our customers," said Ron Rothman, president of Honeywell Security Group. "I'm confident that Johnny's broad range of experience and his exceptional customer focus will further position us for success across product categories and in integrated systems."

Allia worked for Securite Communications (SECOM) for 18 years and came to Honeywell through the SECOM acquisition in 2001. His positions included sales and marketing director at SECOM, and prior to that he held engineering roles at SECOM and THALES.
