Bosch Security Knowledge Base
Bosch has launched the new Security Knowledge Base
Bosch has officially launched their new Security Knowledge Base - a global technical support database full of articles, tips, and solutions.

You can access this incredible new tool anytime, anywhere through the Internet via a PC or smart phone-or you can download it right to your laptop. The new Security Knowledge Base has an intuitive user interface, so you can search the database, browse solutions by product area, research terms in the glossary, or submit questions online.

"When technicians install and service products and systems quickly and efficiently, their customers gain confidence and trust the system integrator as a true partner," said Jim Musshafen, Director of Customer Solutions Support, Bosch Security Systems, Inc. "The Knowledge Base is full of detailed technical information, and we know this new resource will help increase our customers' success."

You'll find more than 2,800 articles on topics from configuring IP video encoders to clearing memory on fire alarm control panels. Every month, we'll add new articles on the most frequently asked questions received by Bosch technical support specialists. It will be easy to check out the new articles-they'll be highlighted on the main page, along with a list of the database's most popular technical topics.

The Knowledge Base is available free to all Bosch customers-you just have to register to gain access. This allows the owners of dealer and integrator firms to request reports detailing how often employees are logging in, ensuring their technicians are using the support tools available.

The Security Knowledge Base replaces Bosch's TS2Go database.
