Peter Lusty joins Geonovo Ltd., a personal tracking and telecare solutions company

Peter Lusty, whose career has seen him hold senior international sales and marketing roles for a number of technology focussed enterprises, led a management buyout of software provider TIS Software Ltd from Misys in 1999 and subsequently developed it into highly profitable business.

Commenting on his appointment, Peter Lusty said: "I am delighted to be given the opportunity to lead a highly professional team determined to provide the best possible pre and post sales support to a fast growing customer base relying on the Romad RSP-100 to provide protection for the vulnerable."

Geonovo Ltd also acquired the intellectual property associated with the Romad RSP-100 and has retained Romad personnel in both the UK and at its R&D facility in South Korea. "We are a well funded company which is able to provide continuity of support and supply for all existing Romad customers," added Peter Lusty. "I will be working with an experienced and committed management team which shares my confidence that the RSP-100 and other equally innovative new products which we will be introducing in the future, will equip us to achieve a major share of the lone worker protection and mobile telecare market."

Joining Peter Lusty on the Geonovo Ltd. board is Non-executive Chairman, David Mason. An electronics engineer by profession, David Mason has worked in the telecoms industry for 25 years.  In 1992 he established Mason Communications which he built it into the UK's leading telecoms consultancy with fee revenues of £21m. Since selling that business he has been working with a number of growing businesses in the telecoms market.
