These are indeed the issues that will be shared by Jones Lang LaSalle during the 3rd annual edition of Building Maintenance and Asset Management Expo Asia 2010 - the international exhibition and conference on building maintenance and asset management industry - which will take place at IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Centre, Bangkok from 15-17 September 2010.

AerisGuard HVAC protection system to be showcased at BMAM Expo Asia 2010
Global Integrated Solution Co Ltd will introduce its Australian AerisGuard HVAC Protection System at BMAM Expo Asia 2010. AerisGuard is the first comprehensive programme to protect commercial building HVAC assets against mould, bacterial and fungal contamination.
As over 80% to 90% of all commercial building air is re-circulated, air-conditioning in commercial buildings is a main distributor of biological contamination. This contamination affects the indoor air quality and results in staff health issues. The contaminants when attached to HVAC heat exchanges also decrease operational efficiency and airflow.
According to Global Integrated Solution Co Ltd, the Thai distributor for this system, AerisGuard will significantly improve the air quality of buildings by cleaning and removing all contamination from HVAC components and provide residual protection from further contamination for 12 months.
