Intruder alarm and IP video surveillance products from ABUS to make their mark at Security Essen 2010
The new round stand design created by ABUS reflects an all-round view of all the innovations in the security sector
Once again, ABUS KG, ABUS Security Centre and ABUS Pfaffenhain will be jointly presenting their entire range of mechanical and electronic security technology at the 500 square metres Stand 108 in Hall 1. ABUS is using Security Essen to showcase new convergent products combining mechanics and electronics and to present new alarm and video monitoring solutions for the home and small and medium-sized companies. Visitors will be able to experience the complete range of services offered by ABUS at Security Essen 2010, from 5 to 8 October.

The new round stand design created by ABUS reflects the theme of the trade fair, namely an all-round view of all the latest developments and innovations in the security sector. Over 70 technology professionals, customer advisers and experts from Sales and Product Marketing will present an unprecedented variety of innovative products.

Video and alarm technology highlights

ABUS Security Centre is targeting in particular private households with new products such as the Secvest IP wireless alarm system or the Eycasa product range. These new IP video and alarm solutions stand out from other solutions, especially thanks to the flexible manner in which they can be combined and their ease of use. The ABUS Video Campaign will also be continued in the autumn with the presentation of new analogue and IP dome camera ranges for internal and external areas and innovative IP video recording systems.

"For us, Security Essen is the absolute highlight of the year," explains Michael Zabler, Marketing Director at ABUS Security Centre. "We expect our developments in the field of mechatronics in particular will be well received."

Combination of mechanics and electronics and the introduction of a new product programme

ABUS KG focuses on the combination of mechanical and electronic product lines. Hence at the trade fair it will be presenting innovative mechanical products that can be easily integrated into electronic systems. Moreover, ABUS is introducing a completely new product range that clearly follows the positioning of the ABUS brands: "ABUS: Innovative security technologies meeting needs since 1924."

"Security Essen is now the leading trade fair for the ABUS Group. A particular strength of the trade fair lies in its internationality. Our customers appreciate this and use it as a platform to learn about our brand-new products and market opportunities," says Michael Bräuer, Marketing and Public Relations Director at ABUS KG.
