MIPS represented the latest security and fire safety technologies and solutions available to the Russian market, which is keen to protect businesses and individuals from crime and online fraud. MIPS took place from 26-29 April, at the Expocentre in Moscow, Russia.
CARDEX - the international smart card & IT security exhibition - was held alongside MIPS, bringing an additional dimension to the exhibition's product profile. MIPS showcased products and services for major sectors such as CCTV, alarms, access control systems, fire safety, emergency and rescue, and safety at work; whilst CARDEX presented the latest achievements in the fields of smart cards, plastic production, personalisation equipment, software for electronic bank operations and network management, electronic signatures and biometric systems for identification and image recognition.
This year, MIPS welcomed 402 companies to the exhibition, an increase of 22% compared to last year, taking 20,000 sqm in total. 23 countries from across the globe were represented, with the United Kingdom, Germany, China and Taiwan participating with national group stands.
