Allied Universal, a leading facility services company and the largest security force in North America with over 140,000 employees, will provide physical security at ASIS International’s 62nd Annual Seminar and Exhibits in Orlando, Florida, from September 12 to 15.

Allied Universal security officers as well as the company’s new “Machines as a Service” robots will patrol the exhibit hall to help ensure a safe and secure environment.

“Trends That Affect Today’s Security Industry” is Wednesday, September 14, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in Room W308AB. This session will share best practices to combat major issues including the security industry’s role in preventing and responding to workplace violence events, designing a business continuity plan, protecting businesses from terrorism and meeting the demand for cybersecurity solutions. “Domestic Threats: Understanding Active Shooter Response” is Wednesday, September 14, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. in Room W307AB. Attendees will learn how to develop a high-level overview of terrorism awareness that provides insight for an effective emergency response plan.
