Core training and qualifications
“We’re delighted to be able to congratulate the class of 2016,” said Jolene Taylor, Head of Learning and Development at Kings Security. “Our training academy is an intrinsic part of our business and we offer all of our staff core training in six different modules: health & safety, customer service, fire awareness, first aid, ISO 27001 and manual handling, while encouraging job specific training and qualifications such as NVQs and CSMP.”
“Accredited qualification sponsorship is available for all at Kings,” she added. “It is no coincidence that our commitment to our staff in the field of training and development means we are able to boast an exceptionally high apprentice/trainee retention rate of more than 94 per cent.”
