"If you want to remain
competitive in the global
business marketplace, you
must create an infrastructure
or developing female talent"

“If you want to remain competitive in the global business marketplace, you must create an infrastructure for developing female talent,” said Lam. “The Massachusetts Conference for Women does that by providing a platform through which women can connect with one another, create mentorships and develop the skills they need to succeed, based on a vision of gender diversity and equity.”

Job responsibilities

Lam will be joined on the panel by: Nicole Williams, Founder and CEO WORKS, best-selling author, and official spokesperson for LinkedIn; Dawn Dickson, Founder and CEO of Flat Out of Heels; and Egypt Sherrod, named America’s most beloved real estate agent and host of HGTV’s Property Virgins.

She oversees more than 500 engineers across 10 design centres in strategic and high technology locations.
